We never recommend a product because of its affiliate commission. Every product on this site meets our criteria: we use it ourselves, and it has independent third-party testing for purity, label accuracy, and contaminants. If a product doesn't pass, it doesn't appear on the site — regardless of how much we could earn from linking to it.
We also sell downloadable guides on supplements, training, and wellness topics. These are products we create ourselves based on our experience and research. Revenue from guide sales supports the time we invest in researching, writing, and maintaining the site.
No brand pays to be featured on Body By A. We don't accept sponsored content, paid placements, or gifted products in exchange for coverage. We buy everything we review with our own money. If that ever changes, we'll tell you.
