How this started
Ajay's been in this world since he was a kid — competitive soccer, years of strength training, the kind of person who lives and breathes how a body responds to work. Then he started training Tessa, a soul cycle junkie who thought she knew what fitness was. Turns out they both had a lot to learn.
Together, they ended up somewhere neither of them expected. Tessa got stronger, but she also got more aware — of the days she was extra tired, the hormonal swings, how important strength actually is when your body fights you on it. And then, because she's a Scorpio, she went down every rabbit hole the algorithm threw at her. Supplements, labels, cortisol, inflammation — all of it.
The more they dug in, the more they realized how much of what's out there is built to sell — not to help. Ajay was rewriting his playbook in real time. Tessa was pulling threads and not stopping. And together they built something for anyone who wants real guidance instead of another brand trying to sell them something.
